Privacy Policy

Your Casita data — calendar events, chores, meal plans, lists, budgets, family photos, plant records and checkup photos, gratitude notes, and companion state — lives in Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. Each household's data is isolated by row-level security; no other household can see yours.

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name only. We do not receive your password, contacts, or any other Google data. We use this solely to identify your account.

Casita includes optional AI features — natural-language event capture, companion voice, photo-to-event capture, companion portraits, and plant identification and health checks. When you use these, the text or images you submit are sent to third-party AI APIs (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini/Imagen, and/or OpenAI) solely to process your request. Plant checkup photos are retained in your household's private plant history so you can compare health over time; other temporary AI inputs are not retained after processing. Under our agreements with these providers, they do not train on your data.

We set a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies of any kind.

We do not show ads. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party — ever. Your data exists only to run Casita for your household.

To delete your account and all associated data, email oficina@puntoverdemc.com from the address tied to your account. We will delete everything within 30 days. Self-serve deletion is on the roadmap.

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect.
